Stella’s Journey is about Stella, a Steller Jay, who lives and paints in a California redwood tree. During her painting, when earthquakes come, she becomes frustrated when she makes messes. She leaves home to find a better place to live and paint, only to experience a variety of problems in several other different states. Stella thinks of a creative solution to solve her difficulty painting at home during earthquakes, so returns home. She is successful in using her creative solution at home and is very happy.
