Children of Creation: Hymns of Love and Justice for the 21st Century

This is a collection of 16 hymns from the creative mind of Barbara Hamm, who wrote both text and music. The hymns are thoughtful, compassionate responses to the hurting world we live in, and are appropriate throughout the church year in hymn festivals and Christian worship. Also, choirs may turn the hymns into easily learned, effective anthems. Each hymn is presented in three ways: as text only, as a fully accompanied score, and in tune-line version, ready to be copied into church bulletins. Dr. Hamm is currently Minister of Music at Community Congregational Church (UCC) in Benicia, California. She has led music and worship gatherings for several years, and her hymns have been used at UCC and Disciples of Christ Annual Meetings and at other conferences and gatherings.
