Summoner Mage

Years of training in Mage Craft had brought Genji to this one moment. A final test to prove his skill as a Mage and take the title of Summoner Mage. He would be ranked amongst the handful of Elite students to have ever passed all the exams across every discipline at the Academy. He just need pass this last exam. So why when he called for a beast of darkness had a young human girl appeared in his summoning circle refusing to be sent home? Hazel, at 10, had experienced a far harsher life than most adults had. Her father had died when she was young, her mother showed her little to no love, and her step dad was an abusive and manipulative drunk. Only her brother made her feel safe and loved but he was sent away too soon. Now, Hazel had been ripped from her home and forced to navigate a world of magic and danger.
