Norman Fox's first novel Finding Ecstasy became a cult hit within those familiar with Sydney's Club Hordern era of the late 80s. Based on a true story, it's a tale about Nathan, a closeted gay teenager who discovers the queer scene of Oxford Street with his high school 'girlfriend' and soon leads a double-life. Finding Ecstasy is Heartstopper and Trainspotting meets Puberty Blues. It's a 'how not to' guide that deals with addiction, mental health, underage drug use, sexual awakening and coming out. Ten years later Norman has released the 10thAnniversary edition in the lead up to his much-anticipated sequel which is coming soon. Today Norman is a marketing professional and author. He lives with his loving husband of over 25 years, Stephen Sander.
