A book of songs for the whole year for children and grown-ups living in 'Noongar Country', the beautiful southwest corner of Australia. Paul Lawrence developed these songs whilst working in Waldorf schools for 22 years. The book caters to a wide variety of singing ability, from simple kindergarten melodies in the mood-of-the-fifth and pentatonic to more complicated rounds and part songs up to 5 parts. The songs are reflective of the 6 seasons experienced in the southwest corner of Australia. Various Noongar words (indigenous) are woven into the songs to enhance our sensitivity to nature.
Introduction by Gina Williams, well-known Noongar singer-songwriter.
