Life is a roller-coaster ride. There is little point in trying to fight the roller-coaster, it goes where the tracks lead, but if we can live in harmony with the roller-coaster’s rhythm, then we can live life with joy, with purpose, and with optimism, knowing that the roller-coaster will carry us to another peak. There will still be troughs, we will have troubles, that’s part of living in an imperfect world, a fallen world, but when we look at the beauty of life the troughs become bearable points through which the roller-coaster passes on its way to the next peak.

This book encourages every reader to be ever looking upward, with hope, towards that next peak. Fundamentally, we are all on that roller-coaster but, also, we are all here to live life in abundance and with joy.

So, may you experience many times of tailwinds and fewer headwinds. May you know the exhilaration of soaring on wings like eagles, lifted by God’s Spirit, for there is nothing like it.
