Watermarks

Gina Moreno’s first volume of poetry, Watermarks, shows an emerging poetic style based on equal parts of beauty and emotional power. Breathtaking in it’s sweep, her vision of poetry is grounded in her mastery of photographic arts and lies somewhere between the pillars of Pablo Neruda and Fernando Pessoa. She has an accessibility that belies the emotions and meaning hidden within. She is well worth reading.
