Healing for the Hurting Heart

Someone once told me that God never gives us more than we can bear. Those words comforted me during some tough times in my life. As I spent more and more time with the Lord, I realized that if God never gave us things we can’t handle on our own, we wouldn’t need Him. God may choose to allow things in our lives that we can’t handle, but He never allows things in our lives that He can’t handle. We are wrapped in the arms of His love. He goes before us, with us and after us. Is there a better place for us to be? This collection of stories is filled with moments of hurt and healing, of pain and triumph, of sorrow and joy.
