The author, Jennifer L. Coon, is a practicing teacher who LOVES to teach. Even so, a few years ago, she found herself going through the motions and was doing her best to get by. Pressures from all directions made way for negativity to take hold causing her to feel inadequate and worthless. Then, she was guided to the tools she shares in this book.
