You matter
This journal was developed during the 2020 pandemic. I shared my intimate thoughts during my darkest times on my blog and I felt I was speaking to someone who needed to hear that they matter. I feel as a woman especially a black woman we tend to juggle these glass balls and never ask for help. Once a ball breaks we still tend to uphold a superwoman mentality until it’s to late. Mental Health is so important and to speak to someone and ask for help is not a weakness. I pray this journal affirms what God says to be true about you and take a leap of faith out of your comfort zone. Remember no matter how many hats you wear, You Matter! Not just on a self-care day but every day!
