Cynthia Allen Shelby is a pastor and writer who has taught biblical studies for several decades. In addition to being an educational leader in K-12 schools, she has simultaneously led in the local church as well as in her ministry through Bible studies, webinars, master classes and as a conference speaker who has internationally published work in the Ordained Magazine, the Bluegrass Writing Project Anthology and is a graduate of the Carnegie Center’s Author Academy.
