In a modest but charming building in Zurich, Switzerland, six underwriters of the Calculated Risk Group, one of the world’s largest insurance companies, toil long hours chasing big bonuses, determined to advance their careers. But one underwriter, Gustav Held, has decided to pursue a different goal. His task chair is empty and computer screen dark. What is he up to and where is he? Where is Held?
