In 1989, Oliver Lockett meets a famous beautiful woman in a chance encounter. She asks a pivotal question. He flashes back to a teenage summer when he returned home from the seminary to a town on the shores of Lake Superior. A friend encourages him to meet a pretty cheerleader who lives in his neighborhood. And Molly Duharte changes everything.
