Helen is a woman who has a dream to capitalize on the needs of the poor and homeless. She has an incurable urge for power and wealth most importantly control. Her family secrets creep from under the carpet and begin a massive explosion in the lives of all who are involved. Meanwhile Officers Jackson and Bailey have secrets of their own.
