In Let’s Talk About…Boys, Londen gives readers a glimpse of situations, traumas, and incidents from her childhood throughout young adulthood that severely impacted her as an adult. Becoming aware that her past contributed to the myriad of struggles she dealt with daily. A therapist’s guidance helped her understand that anxiety, co-dependency, trust issues, anger, and low self-esteem stemmed from her childhood. She had an eye-opening revelation. Having proper conversations and feeling safe with adults during adolescence could positively affect adulthood.
