Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and the Death Penalty

This book examines the lives of United States service members and veterans who suffer from combat-related Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), who have been convicted of a capital offense and subsequently, have been sentenced to death. This book introduces the idea of establishing and classifying a categorical exclusion for past and present members of the military who may be considered high-risk, due to their combat experience.
