This tale begins with Grumpotias in a bad mood as he feels he has been ignored by a friend who cancelled a lunch date with him, because of family obligations. Grumpotias reacts with a temper fit. No one wants to be around him when he is like this. He is invited to a neighborhood birthday party and spends his afternoon scheming a disgusting gift for the birthday boy. As he is thinking and planning, he falls asleep and is awakened by a fairy. She takes him to meet a scary knight who instills in Grumpotias a fear of what might happen if he doesn’t change his ways. Follow Grumpotias as he is transformed into a person who likes people and is liked by his neighbors and friends.
