Emotional Residue

How do you talk to family, about family? How do you talk to your narcissistic lover, about their actions? Who do you know that can give you all of the answers about the murder or death of loved ones? What do you say to your rapist? How do you explain to your parents how their relationship has affected your relationships? Love, detachment, abandonment, honesty, overthinking, growth, healing.. Being an empath and Introvert, so many words go unspoken leaving residue from every emotion. Teeality has titled every poem with their trigger dates….or the birthdates of the person that triggered the emotions. With this collection of poems, Teeality has finally confessed emotions she never expressed verbally with hopes of freeing herself physically, subconsiously, mentally, spiritually…and most importantly…emotionally.
