Auntie Adeline

In this colorfully illustrated story, the 10-year-old author and illustrator tells the tale of a reclusive animal collector living in a tree house in Costa Rica. When Auntie Adeline’s precious sloth goes missing, she embarks on a beautiful journey to find her in the seas, the lagoons, the hanging bridges of the rainforest, the volcanoes, the small beach towns, and the cities. On her quest she overcomes her fear of what people might think of her through her love for her sloth and finds the joy of being a part of a community.
