The Shadows Share is a collection of short stories addressing what happens when we suppress and hide the dark sides of our psyche/being. Each story deals with the shadow side of people and how it compels them to act and think in ways contrary to their everyday lives. The Shadows Share tackles the issue of whether or not we should embrace the dark side of our psyche/being and learn to acknowledge and express it in a productive manner. It poses the question of if it’s even possible to let that hidden side of ourselves thrive in a healthy manner. No matter your opinion on the subject we can all agree that our shadow selves need to be identified, acknowledged and addressed before it forces itself to come alive in a disastrous way.
