The Raffle: The Complete Novel Parts 1-4

The year is 2027. Almost eleven years after a multiple, coordinated attack (nuclear, electromagnetic and biological) altered the genetics of the entire population of Southern California and gave rise to a widespread blackout and racial war among its inhabitants. Southern California is then isolated and quarantined of the entire area away from the newly-organized The New United States (NUS). But an annual raffle allows one candidate from the quarantined territory to obtain entry to and be repatriated to the NUS, but only if the candidate is deemed worthy. The attacks on Southern California separated our hero from his wife and daughter on July 4, 2016. He finally manages for the first time to reach the last stage of the annual raffle, and with it, the possibility of meeting them looks closer than ever. What he does not know is that the NUS (isolationist and obsessed with security and religious mandates) has programmed for him a new challenge with humanoid security robots, advanced passports, television cameras and a world that is not as secure as it seems.

The Raffle Novel is a collection of the four parts of The Raffle. Starting from a short story for Part 1 (released in January 2016), the story expands and the dystopia progressively increases, culminating in Part 4, The Covenant, itself a full novel. The Complete Novel is a cyberpunk, cult and SciFi modern classic.
