Through various lenses, Angel provides a glimpse of her journey dealing with trauma that she experienced as a child. Society labeled her as a statistic, but she decided to not let them write her story. Through compassion, communication, collaboration, commitment, and consistency she has been able to be resilient in the midst of her growth.
