In September of 1926, the Compass Rose set sail from the port of Cleveland, carrying an unlikely crew consisting of a last-minute, rather unique collection of characters. But the voyage is brought to a shattering end when a devastating hurricane hits, leaving no trace of the ship to be found. After enduring the storm, the crew aboard the Compass Rose begins on what they believe is their journey back home. Or so they think.
