Jump and Shout describes the emotion that T.J. Jumper had when he won the Class AA Illinois High School High Jump State Track and Field Championship in 1996. The book starts at the beginning of his journey and shares all the lessons he learned along way to winning the state championship. The book was written with the hope that others will use those lessons T.J. learned to have their own Jump and Shout moment, which is attaining their goals and dreams.
