Diary of a Young, Black NEG®US

Diary of a Young Black NEG®US is a ‘coming-of-age’ poetry book following the progression of a young black girl as she begins navigating and understanding her place in this world. In this book, you’ll experience the older & younger version of Louis-Jean, engaging in dialogue with each other as they exchange past and present experiences. The poems are presented in chronological order of when they were written, fully immersing you in the mental progression of the writer. It’s a light, funny journey to witness while also being unapologetic about it’s vulnerability.
