Exception

Will is a rare phenomenon. A genetic exception that only he fell victim to, or so he thought. His father is nothing but a narcissistic mobster who makes sure to use every ounce of Will's gift. In return, he gives Will a purpose-a reason to live. After his mother's murder, Will is forced to move across the country. Quickly he becomes New York City's most wanted killer and certified freak.

Eighteen and still his father's personal weapon, Will is once again running from the law, but it's about time he's caught. On the verge of a shady and quite unlawful execution, he is saved by none other than Savina, a girl filled with more respect for human life than Will can handle-also one of his failed hit victims. Being an ex-assassin herself, she challenges Will's philosophy of killing.

When his father talks of creating an army to conquer the city-possibly the world-with Will at his side, Will realizes that he can no longer sit idle. He must make a choice; but to choose is the greatest death blow of all.
