ALABASTER MOMENTS The concept of Alabaster Moment came out of working with people for many years. Who were focusing on their bad moments? They had at least experience one good moment, but the bad moments had consumed them for life. When we turn from the bad moments and begin to focus on better moments, we begin to create our life by building great experiences that support our self-confidence, self-esteem, positivity, and ongoing wellbeing. When we get stuck in the mold, we never empty out our significance, beauty, impact, and gifts to the world. I believe we have to be intentional by creating Alabaster Moments. The way that I talk about Alabaster Moments is that it is a precious gem. By setting up AM, I believe we will feel better, we will radiate good positive energy, we will be able to breathe easier, find purpose in our hearts and find the sacred. I encourage people to see themselves as precious gems. Alabaster Moments are healthy restorative, intentional moments where you spend therapeutic time releasing, rejuvenating, relaxing, healing, and renewing. It is the joining together of alabaster a precious moldable gem and moments a point in time to help move from being stuck to using your situation for transformation. The Alabaster way is about realizing you have value within you and when we create new memories, we build a solid foundation to recreate goodness. I believe when we reset the way, we feel we move towards a new beginning and a second chance. If you are in a place and space of pause where life is on hold. Begin to see with the eyes of the spirit every good and perfect gift. There are special points in time filled with stories and memories of comebacks, restoration, and transformation. As we feel better, we begin to radiate good positive energy to others and the world. When we concentrate on the bright periods in life it produces an amazing feeling of being alive, vibrant, and good. If we never reset our lives, we are stuck in that place. Wake up the great moments in your life and honor the potency of being aware and seeing with the lens of that which is good. As we move in sacred energy, we can breathe easier and find purpose in our hearts. When we develop and engage in upstream preventative strategies, set up daily routines and traditional practices we can improve the quality of life. In life, we must find our way around wrong things and choices. We must get to a place where we are living from our higher self. Being intentional, speaking positives over your life, using kind words to self and others Focusing on highlighting the positive experiences, small victories, finding ways and times to encourage yourself, and speaking from a place of power and truth. When we take the broken pieces, it helps us create balance in life and help us to empower others. The broken pieces become building blocks to greatness. Make a map built from the broken pieces and use your experiences to live a better fulfilling life. Alabaster Moments is about the following:
