The Butter and Egg Man

One of the most popular Broadway successes. A delightful satirical comedy about a seemingly simple country boy who came to New York and broke into the play producing game. But the young butter-and-egg man is somewhat more astute than he looks, and in the end is instrumental in turning a flop into what is known in the game as a wow.
