When Dean's girlfriend abruptly walks out, it triggers a series of upheavals that propel him headlong into a life he could've scarcely imagined just a few months before. Along with with his ever-present friend Lucas, Dean is ensnared by a world of street drugs and petty crime. Burning the candle at both ends while his life crashes down around him, Dean seeks solace in the arms of Echo, the girl he's convinced was sent from Heaven to save him. But she doesn't know his little secret. And he doesn't know her's. So it's only a matter of time before the drugs, the crime, and the lies conjure up a tsunami of bad karma that not only threatens to destroy the lives of Dean and those around him...it just might kill them altogether.
