Captain Bear and Crew take cargo up and down the sparkling river aboard their canal barge, the Marie Grace. This particular morning the Postmouse arrives with a letter from the Pond-Willowing Band asking to be taken to the Bough-Willowby Music Festival where they are to play in the concert. However an adventure arrives along with little Michel Marmot and the journey takes longer than expected.
