Airbags and Starting Over: A Personal Journey

I wrote this book because I have overcome a negative pattern of thinking and action and I believe we are never too old to know and experience success. The catalyst for this change was a series of events within a short space of time and the polarizing effect these had on my life. Added in the mix was our car accident which did more damage than we had realized in the beginning, and I am not referring to the car which was written off. I had to take a good hard look at where I was, where I needed to be, and how I was going to get there. The learning began in earnest and I am sharing that journey with you. What have I learned so far…. I have learned that to be empowered does not have to be at the expense of dis-empowering others.
