They feature a 4-color graphic of the Authentic Leadership Paradox Wheel and are practical tool for assessing and applying the authors’ principles of transition leadership.This model emerged from the real-time practice of leader development with leaders who were struggling to drive change on the one hand while nurturing transition, learning, and recovery on the other.
