VI-5 Ordinis sexti tomus quintus: Annotationes in novum testamentum (pars prima)

Part One of the Amsterdam edition of Erasmus’ Annotations to the New Testament presents his notes on the Gospels according to St. Matthew, St. Mark and St. Luke. A critical edition of the Latin text is offered containing an introduction in English and a commentary including an identification of sources quoted, and, where relevant, any linguistic, philological, theological or historical background information necessary to understand the Latin text.
