This annual collection of Practice Papers supports The College of Law’s Practical Legal Training Program in Victoria and is designed to provide useful practical guides for lawyers in their early years of practice or those wishing to become familiar with a new area of practice. The Practice Papers in this volume are part of the complete set of papers for the College of Law’s Practical Legal Training Program in Victoria. Each of the three volumes are available individually or can be purchased as a set.
