It's also a somewhat cheaper means to get all the issues together. This issue contains stories by Martin G. Collins, Richard H. Nilsen, Mary Brookman, Haldor R. Hallum, J.D. Hayes-Canell, Bridget Flynn-O'Leary, Delia McTavish and classic reprints by Henry Kuttner, H.P. Lovecraft and Clark Ashton Smith. Phenomenal Stories Quarterly is a modern-day tribute to the science fiction/horror/fantasy/speculative pulp magazines of the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s.
