In this modern adaptation of the classic nursery rhyme "A Farmer in the Dell" a farmer is faced with the choice of selling his land to a real-estate developer. One by one the farmer asks each member of his family, his farm animals and the people who live in the nearby city whether or not he should sell the land. All insist he should not sell out and everyone is happy because they have a place to grow organic vegetables.
