The once glamorous and much respected Rosegarden Clan which was the safe haven for Mr. Kovich, the wealthy diamond businessman, embarked on a futile and self-conceited journey which ended woefully and thereby eroded the unparalleled reverence it had enjoyed in Diamond City for decades. That situation exposed the vices that lurked within its core principle of beneficence under the shadow of the Retired General Geoffrey Rosegarden. For many years, the engine of the investigation seemed to have stalled - lacking the vital fuel necessary to maintain the momentum in the search for Caroline.
