Every section of Isaiah offers value for all believers. My desire is to help people get passed their intimidation of Isaiah and to help them to arrive at a place where they appreciate and apply every passage of the book. The history behind Isaiah's writings is crucial to understanding what God is saying. I have done my best to familiarize myself with what was happening at the time Isaiah wrote. Doing this helps us apply passages that previously did not make sense. While closely following the Masoretic text, I have attempted to expound the verses of Isaiah. I have also kept in mind that many passages are difficult, if not impossible, to expound precisely this side of eternity. Each one of us must remain humble before God and loyal to the inerrancy of His Word as we seek the wisdom of Christ. The King James translation is the most accurate English translation available and is most loyal to the Hebrew Masoretic text. Apart from my own translation of the Hebrew text, the KJV is the only English text used.
