After Dennis Campbell has a tragic accident that leaves him hospitalized for a month and his son dead, he has horrifying dreams. He visualizes a place called Dead World and sees his son pleading at the dark gates. Dennis, who has suffered a recent divorce, decides to buy a house in the country and start a new life.
