Can We Talk?

Becky is a new, inexperienced Christian who decides she wants to pray. As she talks to god, she senses he is talking back, and the ensuing conversation gives us a lighthearted look at the typical foibles and follies common to people unfamiliar with prayer. The monologue ends on a warm note when, after all her blundering attempts and mimicking the formulas and phonies she’s observed, she realizes prayer is meaningful just because it’s spending time with a real good friend .
