The Keithley Collection of art, gifted and promised to the Cleveland Museum of Art in 2020, is impressively varied, encompassing paintings, prints, drawings, and ceramics. Works by Pierre Bonnard, Georges Braque, Maurice Denis, Edouard Vuillard, Gustave Caillebotte, Henri Matisse, Camille Pissarro, Vilhelm Hammershoi, Joan Mitchell, and Andrew Wyeth demonstrate the collection’s strengths in Impressionist, Post-Impressionist, modern European, and American paintings.
