Women, Ethics and the Workplace

Since women are entering the workforce in record numbers, there is an urgency to address specific ethical problems with which they are faced. Providing a conceptual framework from which practical issues can be viewed, the authors focus on sexual harassment, comparable worth, leadership, advertising, and working-class women.
