Born in 1922, Joe D'Orazio is most famously known for his wrestling career. Although some of Joe's work has been published in his own wrestling book and numerous articles that he has written in the past, many of his written works have been hidden from view in his garage for several decades. In 2017, at the age of 95, Joe and his family decided it was time to publish some of these works. This book, released in 2018, is the second to be published within the last year. The contents of this book are a compilation of new and old poems, followed by a short story written several decades ago. Although written in a different age, his astute observations of life, expressed in his poetry, remain relevant even in current times. Whilst in his short story you get a sense of nostalgia for the times that once were. Joe hasn't lost his inspiration and is still creating; his pen is still very much at work. This isn't Joe's first book, and something tells me that this won't be his last.
