La definizione del tessuto poetico, nei componimenti di Giorgio Pannunzio, si nutre di un arcaismo futuribile, di un passatismo si, ma rivoluzionario, come se egli - nel creare i suoi testi - volesse strutturare una sorta di ossimoro contenutistico di non facile decifrazione. I versi di Pannunzio collimano con un arduo e faticoso "itinerarium vitae", che trova nel sentimento amoroso il suo approdo e nella riproducibilita emozionale il suo meccanismo scatenante.
