Since this book of Brexit poetry was first published in early 2018, the UK's decision to leave the European Union continues to look like a terrible idea. In order to express his ongoing distaste and horror with the whole exercise, Charly Bishop has now produced a new version which includes eighteen new poems, as well as background information on the authors and contributors. For those who passionately believe that Britain's future lies in Europe, time is running out and the clock seems to be ticking inexorably down towards the 29th of March 2019. Can anything stop it? Well, this book almost certainly can't but it will hopefully give readers a chance to reflect on the more ridiculous aspects of the process. As in the first edition, the poems in this book are intended to be enjoyed. If they arouse the reader's emotions and foster pro-European values, so much the better.
