A peaceful town had not had a murder or any peculiar deaths in twenty years. Until an employee at the nuclear power plant died horrifically when a drop of toxic waste got into his bloodstream while moving the barrels. The owner of the plant panics and tries to get rid of the toxic waste by unconventional means: hiring two council workers to take the barrels and dispose of them safely. But when a barrel containing the deadly substance falls off the back of the truck, the liquid matter escapes and trickles across the road, where it consciously attaches itself to the bottom of Austin's new car. Soon after, this the small town becomes infected by a deadly epidemic disease. The strange substance that looks like nothing more than slime is something far more sinister than toxic waste!
