Ci tiu estas mia unua poemaro en Esperanto. Antaue mi publikigis kvar poemarojn, sed neniam esperantlingvajn. Mi memoras kun gojo kaj nostalgio mian unuan poemaron idolingvan, "Guti de ombro e guti de lumo", kiu havis belan sukceson. Do nun, por la titolo de ci nova verko, mi volis repreni ion de tiu sukcesa libreto, kaj tial mi prenis la simpatiajn gutojn, kiuj tamen por la nova okazo adoptis la koloron verdan de Esperanto, igante gutoj da klorofilo. La poemoj entenataj ci tie havas diversajn temojn kaj karakterojn. Inter ili estas poemoj kaj poemetoj, melankoliaj kaj gajaj, legeraj kaj profundaj, sed certe - mi esperas - ne pezaj.
