John takes us through a journey that many others had suffered before him. The electrical utility was at times dragged kicking and screaming from its aloof, autocratic business position to face up to twenty-first century business and community expectations.
The company and the government were soon to learn that new and emerging technologies wouldn’t wait for them to catch up. They had to reinvent or face up to being left behind in a modern world.
