BRC Global Standard for Food Safety - Guideline for Category 5 Fresh Produce (North American)

The British Retail Consortium (BRC) has produced guidance on interpretation of requirements to the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 5 for fresh produce packers falling into category 5 - fruit, vegetables and nuts.
