The North American version of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 5 incorporates US terminology. The content and the clauses within the Standard remain the same as the original BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 5 , ISBN 9780117037915, published in January 2008.The benchmark for food safety management, the Global Standard for Food Safety has been extensively revised for 2008.
